Oppsource is a business process outsourcer focused on marketing lead management for B2B companies. Within our managed service, we cover everything from lead generation to lead nurturing and tele-qualification. We leverage both inbound and outbound marketing strategies and tactics.

Services Include:

Content and creative services – We create content for our customers to be used for both their inbound and outbound marketing activity. This content and creative includes (white papers, webinars, brochures, banner ads, paid search support, etc.)

Lead capture services – We provide our customers lead capture-landing page support that funnel leads directly into our lead nurturing programs. We then provide our customers through our executive dashboards reporting on all lead activity.

Lead nurturing services – We nurture our customer’s leads using both outbound digital nurturing as well as personal nurturing we call Telepursuit. We have a dedicated staff of demand creation experts who utilize specific call methodologies. These Oppsource methodologies help us uncover where prospects are at in their buying cycle, enabling us to deliver to our customers a true qualified sales opportunity (QSO). We include lead scoring, which is customized for each customer. However, unlike other lead management systems we do not turn over leads based on a marketing score. We deliver qualified sales opportunities that have been vetted out by our Telepursuit team.

Opportunity Handoff – We deliver sales ready leads, which we call “QSO’s” (Qualified Sales Opportunities). We build strong relationships between our call teams and our customer’s sales force. We also integrate with their CRM system to make the handoff seamless.

Lead management measurement – We provide our customers with an executive dashboard that gives them their lead management key measurements and results. This includes lead tracking, call performance metrics, QSO performance, lead funnel value, etc.
